I’m a songwriter. A guitarist. And I hate Peter Frampton.
There are a few reasons why:
1. He only has two really catchy songs, that he wrote the same day, and that’s all that ever gets played on the radio.
2. He has miked these songs for all they are worth-time for some new hits?
3. He is widely regarded as invented the Talk-Box, the cool-sounding gadget he uses on “How Do You Feel” or whatever that hit song he had was. The truth, he never invented the talk-box, a groovy guy named Mike Pinera did. He was in that band Blue Image, with that song “Ride, Captain Ride”.
