About Lawton Chiles

My name is Lawton Chiles. I was raised in North Florida (Tallahassee) before spending about 10 years up North in NYC and Jersey.

I cam back down South to UGA, went to school for political science, but figured that psychology, and the study of how to sell to human nature, was much more interesting (and PROFITABLE!)

Over the last few years, I’ve felt challenged by creating a funnel system that pulls people from one place, to the place where you want them to be…your website, to your list, to your wallet. To me, writing for the Internet, whether it’s web copy or email followups, it all takes a deep understanding of emotions, storytelling, and how people think about the purchases they make on a daily basis…

If you can figure out how to write in a beneficial way, how to relate to different markets and different emotions, then it’s game over baby!

If you need strategies that work, just get in contact with me, and I can get your phone to ring, your website to convert, and your Facebook page to go bonkers with comments.

People around me try to sell using a brochure-like mentality. Cute, pretty, and boring. but not very profitable. In my world, I find myself using methods that are tried and true, tested and re-worked, and that use human nature and human emotions, to sell more stuff.

What’s Next?

Thinking about the next several months, I want to make a change. I want to think more about what people need and make a big difference in meeting that need, in making someones day better. I won’t forget about marketing, studying and learning, but I’ll try and turn it around and focus on serving others, and trust that God will take care the details. :)

Lastly, I hope I can say that I stay focused and keep going, and follow through on my goals and the goals of my clients. Most importantly, I want one of the most special people in my life to say this about me: That I tried my hardest and did my best. That’s when I’d feel really good
about things, no matter what.
