• Restaurant owners: Customers want a taste that they can brag about–and yet something that’s “familiar” to them. Go for the “Mom’s Home Cooking” vibe, with dishes that match your region, but with simple twists that make people stand up and wonder, “Wow. that sounds so good. I have to try that.”
